为探讨枯草芽孢杆菌拮抗猪链球菌感染的研究,本试验以Caco-2细胞为细胞模型,通过活菌计数的方法研究了枯草芽孢杆菌拮抗猪链球菌黏附 Caco-2 细胞的情况;通过transwell细胞模型检测了枯草芽孢杆菌拮抗猪链球菌对Caco-2细胞通透性以及炎症细胞因子IL-8的分泌的作用。结果显示,枯草芽孢杆菌能够明显减少猪链球菌对Caco-2细胞的黏附,减弱猪链球菌对细胞通透性的破坏,并且减少炎症细胞因子IL-8的分泌。由此可见,枯草芽孢杆菌能明显改善猪链球菌对Caco-2细胞的破坏作用,为枯草芽孢杆菌作为益生菌的应用提供理论基础和试验依据。

In order to explore the antagonistic effect of Bacillus subtilis to Streptococcus suis infection, the antagonistic experiment was performed on Caco-2 cells to check the number of Streptococcus suis adhesion by bacteria count method. We also detected the paracellular permeability and the IL-8 secretion after Streptococcus suis infection or treated by Bacillus subtilis on Caco-2 cells. The results showed that Bacillus subtilis could reduced the number of Streptococcus suis adhesion to Caco-2 cells and the inflammatory cytokines IL-8 expression significantly. Thus, Bacillus subtilis could significantly improve the damaging effects of Streptococcus suis to Caco-2 cells, which provide a theoretical basis and experimental evidence for using Bacillus subtilis as a probiotic applications.
