不完全信息条件下虚拟企业知识共享的博弈分析

he knowledge-sharing realization of the virtual enterprise provides assurance to acquire knowledge for member firms, meets the needs of technological innovation, improves the overall competitiveness of the virtual enterprise. In this paper, according to the KWRW model, we analyzed the impact factors of virtual knowledge-sharing among the members of virtual enterprise under the incomplete information. The following conclusion is verified through integrateing it with reality of virtual enterprise: when one part more focus on future income, the absorption capacity of knowledge is stronger, the cost of knowledge-sharing is lower, but the degree of decision-making is more uncertainty for the other par and the stock of knowledge transfer are bigger, it may to occur the knowledge-sharing.
