感染浓核杆菌HaDNV-1的棉铃虫种群动态分析

HaDNV-1是一种与棉铃虫互利共生的浓核病毒,垂直传播时具有"雌性传播优势"机制. 本文考虑棉铃虫天敌的影响,建立了一个三种群捕食与竞争模型,改进了现有的棉铃虫种群竞争模型. 通过分析模型平衡点的稳定性,了解HaDNV-1病毒对棉铃虫种群动态的影响. 在不考虑HaDNV-1对棉铃虫的危害时,得出感染型棉铃虫将会与天敌共存,而正常棉铃虫趋于灭绝. 在考虑HaDNV-1对棉铃虫危害时,得到了使得感染棉铃虫与正常棉铃虫共存的条件,对现有文献中发现的感染型棉铃虫种群变化规律给出了合理的解释.
ensovirus(HaDNV-1) is a mutualistic symbiont of Helicoverpa armigera, and the infected females occupy advantages in vertical transmission. In order to understand the influence of HaDNV-1 on the evolution of Helicoverpa armigera population, a new population model is established involving three species with competition and prey-pradator relationship. Without regard of the damage of HaDNV-1, the infected is dominant in Helicoverpa armigera population by analysing the stability of equilibria. The harm of HaDNV-1 being considered, the model s modified by raising the mortality of the infected adult and larva respectively to indicate the cost, thereby the mortality was evaluated to allow the infected pests toward perish.
