玻化微珠保温混凝土墙体温度场数值模拟与分析
Simulation and analysis for temperature field of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete
为了对比玻化微珠保温混凝土墙体与普通混凝土墙体、包含保温层的普通混凝土墙体的传热性能,通过ANSYS软件模拟分析了三种墙体在某地区夏冬季极端气候环境下的内部稳态温度场分布,以及关闭室内调温设备之后墙体内部瞬态温度场随时间的变化情况,同时与试验实测结果进行对比。结果表明:本文所提出的模拟分析数据与实测数据符合较好,玻化微珠保温混凝土的保温效果与复合有外保温层的普通混凝土墙体保温效果接近,用作建筑围护结构时,其对外界温度的阻隔作用远优于普通混凝土。
In order to compare the heat transfer performances of the normal concrete wall combining with thermal insulation layer, with the normal concrete wall and the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete wall, it had been analyzed by using ANSYS that the internal steady-state temperature field distributions of three different walls in extreme weather conditions and their change laws of transient temperature field with time after indoor air-conditioning equipment was closing in this research. The analysis results were also compared with the measured results. The results showed that the simulation analysis values and the measured ones were in good conformity. The heat preservation effect of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete was close to normal concrete combining with external thermal insulation layer. The heat insulation effect of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete was better than that of normal concrete when it was served as building envelope.
