稻壳灰再生混凝土与钢筋粘结性能试验
Experimental study on bond performance between rice husk ash recycled concrete and steel bar
为研究稻壳灰再生混凝土与钢筋的粘结性能,通过中心拉拔试验,分析稻壳灰取代率、再生粗骨料取代率、钢筋直径和粘结长度对其粘结性能的影响,讨论粘结强度与抗压强度的关系,并进行粘结滑移本构关系理论分析。结果表明:适量稻壳灰可以增强钢筋与再生混凝土间的粘结性能,但随着再生粗骨料取代率和稻壳灰取代率的增加,钢筋-混凝土粘结性能增加不明显甚至降低;试件粘结性能随钢筋直径的减小而增大,可通过改变钢筋粘结长度改善粘结性能;钢筋与混凝土的极限粘结强度与抗压强度变化规律相同。提出了适用于试验组合的无量纲粘结滑移本构关系模型。
o study the bond performance between rice husk ash recycled aggregate concrete and steel bar, the influence of rice husk ash replacement, recycled coarse aggregate content, steel bar diameter and bond length were analyzed through central pull-out test. The relationship between bond strength and compressive strength was discussed and the theoretical analysis of bond-slip constitutive relation was made. The results show that appropriate rice husk ash replacement can enhance the bond performance between steel bar and recycled aggregate concrete. However, with the increase of the content of recycled aggregate and rice husk ash respectively, the bond performance between steel bars and concrete increases insignificantly or even decreases. The bond performance increases as steel bar diameter decrease, and changing the bond length of steel bars can improve the bond performance. The change rule of ultimate bond strength between steel bars and concrete and compressive strength is the same. A dimensionless bond-slip constitutive relation model suitable for test combination is proposed.
