为了定量化分析纳米聚合物复合材料微观结构SEM图像,利用Visual C++开发了基于数字图像处理的纳米SiC/PTFE复合材料SEM图像分析系统,对纳米SiC/PTFE复合材料微观结构SEM图像进行图像处理和分析,有图像预处理(图像灰度均衡、灰度拉伸、平滑与滤波)、图像分析(图像分割、图像形态学处理、图像标记等),以获取图像中粒子的大小、分散状况等特征参数。结果表明:纳米SiC/PTFE复合材料微观结构直方图均衡化后,图像的对比度明显增加,灰度级变宽;图像灰度拉伸能使纳米粒子显示更清晰,平滑与滤波能抑制图像椒盐噪声。最大类间方差法比迭代法阈值分割好,形态学处理能降低纳米粒子在PTFE中无用信息,粒子标记能使不同尺寸纳米粒子 (包括团聚纳米粒子)赋予不同的灰度值,可对PTFE中不同尺寸的纳米粒子进行区分,复合材料粒子大部分是由2-8个纳米粒子团聚而成。

In order to quantitative analysis nano-polymer composites micro-structure The system was developed for the nano-SiC-PTFE composites micro-structure based on digital image processing using Visual C++ platform. The system could process and analyze SEM image of nano-SiC-PTFE composites micro-structure, including image preprocessing (image gray balance, gray tension, smoothing, and filtering) and image analysis (image segmentation, morphological image processing, image tags, and etc.) so as to obtain the parameters for the particle size and particle dispersion characteristics. The results showed that contrast of the image was enhanced for the nano- SiC-PTFE composite micro-structure after image gray balance got incredibly increased and gray-levels became wider; the nano-particles could show more clearly after image gray tension. Smooth and filter could suppress salt and pepper noise for the SEM image. Maximal variance between classes method was better than iterative method for the image segmentation. Morphological processing could improve the identification of dispersion information for nano- SiC-particles in the PTFE. Particles marking could give different gray-scale value for different sizes particles of PTFE composites (including the reunion nano- SiC-particles), and it may distinguish different sizes of particles that were reunion which are nano SiC--particles.
