本文介绍了PD型有源像素CMOS图像传感器的像素结构,列读出电路的工作时序;详细讨论了CMOS图像传感器内部的各种随机噪声的来源及相关抑制技术;重点针对CMOS图像传感器的固定模式噪声,进行系统分析讨论,并提出了两种相关的噪声抑制电路,并用PSPICE电路仿真软件对其中的一种电路进行仿真,以说明抑制电路的有效性。

In this paper, the pixel structure of photodiode CMOS active pixel image sensor was presented, as well as its operating time sequence. The paper also analyzes all kinds of noise exisited in CMOS image sensor detailedly, and specifies its corresponding supression technologies. The Fixed-Pattern-Noise (FPN) becomes focal point for its major contribution to the entire noise. So the paper details it systemically. Meanwhile, two FPN supression circuits are put forward. At last, according to the outcome resulting from PSPICE simulated environment, where one of the two circuits run, the circuits solves the noise problems effectively.
