面向柔性研抛的NURBS曲线插补算法研究

本文提出一种基于加工误差模型,将柔性研抛中加工驻留时间的控制融入插补过程的NURBS曲线插补算法。该算法在实现NURBS高速高精插补控制的同时还能达到消除加工误差,提高加工精度、表面质量、加工效率的目的。实例仿真结果表明,所建立的算法正确有效,为柔性研抛加工质量的提高和其他需要控制加工驻留时间的加工方法提供了有效参考。

In this paper, a novel NURBS curve interpolation algorithm is proposed to consider dwell time for flexible polishing based on machining error model. The machining errors can be eliminated by using of the developed new algorithm in the NURBS interpolation process. And machining accuracy, surface quality and machining efficiency can also be improved. Finally, the simulation and machining experiment results demonstrated the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed approach, So, the algorithm provides a reference for improving machining quality of flexible polishing and other machining methods which need to control the dwell time.
