his study analyzed a number of scholars to understand the mobile internet and bring these ideas into three categories:technical theory,virtual theory,character theory,then proposed the concept of the author’s definition of mobile internet and understanding.At the same time from three aspects: the individuals,businesses,government, analyzed how mobile internet will have significant impact our daily lives. Then anaylyzed ,in the face of the current opportunities and challenges, how can we speed up the promotion of mobile internet development.
