基于击键特征的智能手机身份认证方法
Smartphone Identity Authentication Method Based on Keystroke Dynamics
随着密码爆破攻击、涂抹攻击技术的不断发展以及频繁发生的用户信息泄露事件,基于PIN码的手机身份认证系统变成不再安全可靠。为此,本文提出了一种基于击键特征的手机身份认证方法,该方法从一阶击键特征中提取出更加稳定可靠的二阶击键特征作为实验特征,在SMOTE和Tomek Links算法的基础上,实现了一个可以解决数据不平衡的分类算法。实验结果表明,该方法解决了数据不平衡的问题,并且具有较高的用户识别率,能够有效地提高基于PIN码的手机身份认证系统的安全性。
With the development of brute force attacks, smudge attacks and user information disclosure, PIN-based mobile identity authentication system is no longer safe and secure. Therefore, a smartphone authentication method based on keystroke dynamics is proposed in this paper. This method extracts second-order keystroke features which are more stable and reliable from the first-order keystroke as the experimental features. Based on the SMOTE and Tomek Links algorithms, a classification algorithm that can solve data imbalance is implemented. The experimental results show that this method solves the problem of data imbalance and has a high user identification rate, which can effectively improve the security of the PIN authentication system.
