跨国公司技术转移对长三角产业结构的实证分析
Empirical analysis on the influence of technique transfer of multinational corporation on industrial structure of Yangtze River Delta
本文通过对长三角地区1985-2005年间实际利用外资及三大产业之间的长期均衡的协整关系和短期动态关系的分析，考察了跨国公司技术转移对产业结构地影响。所得结果是：跨国公司技术转移对第一、三产业的产值比例有显著影响，但对第二产业的产值比例不显著。
his paper aims at analyzing the long-term equilibrium cointegration relationship and the short-term dynamic relationship between actual amount of make use of foreign investment and industrial structure, which based on the data of Yangtze River Delta from 1985 to 2005.It respects the influence of technique transfer of multinational corporation on industrial structure of Yangtze River Delta .The results are: the technique transfer of multinational corporation have markedness influence to product proportion of the primary industry and tertiary-industry, but no to the secondary industry.
