Study of the effects of recombined human glucagon-like peptide-1(7-36) on insulin secretion
目的:通过测定重组人胰高血糖素样肽-1(recombined human glucagon like peptide, rhGLP-1)对体外胰岛细胞分泌功能的影响,研究重组人胰高血糖素样肽-1的降糖作用。方法:体外原代培养的胰岛细胞,上清液中加入不同剂量的rhGLP-1和对照药物,通过酶联免疫法检测rhGLP-1的促胰岛素分泌作用。结果:一定剂量的rhGLP-1可刺激胰岛细胞分泌胰岛素,培养上清液中胰岛素的浓度有所增加。结论: rhGLP-1能促进离体胰岛细胞的分泌功能。
im: To study and analysis the effects of recombined human glucagon like peptide-1(7-36) on the secretary ability of pancreatic cells. Methods: The effects of rhGLP-1 on the secretary ability of cultured pancreatic cells was measured. Add different dosages of rhGLP-1 into the cultured pancreatic cells, and then the effects of rhGLP-1 was measured. by the methods of ELISA. Result: An effective method for the culture of pancreatic cells was established; Certain dosage of rhGLP-1 could stimulate pancreatic cells to secrete insulin. Conclusion: RhGLP-1 can promote the secretion function of pancreatic βcell, which suggests that rhGLP-1 possess the property of anti-diabetes.
