新型高效填料层压降的数学模型
pressure drop model for the new-type high efficiency packing
研究了BH型新型高效填料层内流体的流动特性,提出了针对BH型填料折线式波纹线特殊结构的填料层压降数学模型。根据新型填料的结构特性,引入了①描述与填料波纹线折角的角度变化相关的形状因数"k"的概念,②根据折线式波纹线表面流体的受力特性,引入了重力校正因子"γ"的概念,进而提出了针对BH型新型高效填料的填料层压降数学模型。利用该模型分别对BH型填料层内干、湿塔压降进行了回归,将模型计算值同实验值进行了对比分析。结果表明:该模型可以很好的预测BH系列填料层内流体的流动特性,可以为研究BH系列填料的结构特性提供基础数据。
"pressure drop model" was proposed according to the study of the fluid flowing performance in the BH-type packing. A shape factor "k" was produced in this model which is related with the packing corrugation structure and a gravity factor"γ"was also produced according to the force analysis of liquid on packing surface. The pressure drop in dry and wet tower was both regressed using this model. The experimental and calculated values were compared. The results indicated that this model can predict the fluid condition in BH-type packing with great accuracy, which can provide basic data for the application of BH packing in industry.
