江苏省高校管理类课程实践教学调查对比分析
n Investigation and Comparison of Practical Teaching System for Management Courses of Universities in Jiangsu Province
本文把管理类课程实践教学方法概括为点式、线式和面式三类,选取了江苏省四所高校进行实践教学影响因素和效果的调查,发现:各高校实践教学效果不同,学生对教学手段的评价存在较大差异,对教师指导、学生参与的评价普遍较高,对考评机制、资源支持和企业配合的评价普遍较低,文章进一步分析了现行教学实践中存在的问题及原因。通过分析,提出了管理类课程实践与教学相结合的基本思路。
his paper proposes three categories of practical teaching method for management courses:point-mode, line-mode and plane-mode. We picked four universities of Jiangsu Province to investigate factors and effects of practice teaching. This paper finds out that firstly, practical teaching method have different effects on four schools, secondly, the differences of practical teaching method between universities are comparatively large, thirdly, the degree of satisfaction of teachers’ guiding and student participation are normally high, finally, evaluation mechanism, resource supporting and enterprises’ corporation rate lower and the reasons are looked into further more.
