中国主要河口地区工业排污沉积物与土壤中多溴联苯醚的分布特征与降解规律研究

多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)作为防火阻燃剂被广泛地应用在工业领域,尤其是电子工业中。这一类物质包括其降解代谢的小分子产物均具有高亲脂性、生物累积性和高毒性且难于降解,从而越来越受到人们的关注。本文在全国范围内,选取珠江、闽江、淮河以及松花江四大主要河口地区为研究区,采集主要工业排污口以及附近土壤样品,对PBDEs的分布特征与降解规律进行了研究。研究结果表明,排污沉积物样品和土壤样品中,∑PBDEs含量分别为2.21-11.19 ng/g和0.39-21.44ng/g,BDE-209含量为5.51-129.16 ng/g和5.51-129.16 ng/g。分布规律皆为珠江>闽江>淮河>松花江。不同地区的土壤中PBDE含量(含BDE-209)随纬度升高而增加,即从珠江、闽江、淮河至松花江地区依次递减。在降解的过程中,特殊比值BDE-47/BDE99在工业排污沉积物中,随纬度升高呈下降趋势,而在土壤中此比值基本保持一致。而在工业排污沉积物与土壤中,BDE-(47+99)/∑PBDEs比值变化规律一致,皆为随纬度升高而增加。
Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs) are worldwide used as flame retardant in industry, especially in electronic industry. The heavy molecule congeners of PBDEs have a tendency to break down into lower and more toxicity brominated congeners in the environment. So they have attracted great attention and interests since their high lipophicity, bioaccumulation and toxicity. In this study, industrial pollution discharge sediment and soil samples were collected from estuarial area of Pearl River, Min River, Huai River and Song Hua River of China. The result shows that the concentrations of ∑PBDEs in industrial pollution discharge sediment and soil are 2.21-11.19ng/g and 0.39-21.44ng/g. And the BDE-209 are 5.51-129.16ng/g and 5.51-129.16ng/g. The levels are varied in the order of Pearl River>Min River>Huai River>Song Hua River. Since the evaporation quantity is related with temperature, the content of PBDEs (including BDE-209) increased as the latitude rising. For the degraded congeners, the characteristic ratio of BDE-47/BDE99 act a negative correlation with latitude in industrial pollution discharge sediment however it is almost constant in soil. The ratio of BDE-(47+99)/∑PBDEs in both industrial pollution discharge sediment and soil is increasing as the latitude rising.
