以甲基磺酸催化高酸值地沟油与甲醇的酯化反应为研究体系,反应过程中甲醇被持续通入地沟油中,同时不断蒸出未反应完的甲醇与生成的水,测定该操作条件下地沟油与甲醇酯化反应速率常数。结果表明:甲基磺酸催化高酸值地沟油与甲醇的酯化反应为一级反应;反应活化能为76.06kJ/mol;提高甲醇流量、催化剂用量、反应温度都能提高反应速率。

Esterification kinetics of waste cooking oil with methanol in the presence of catalyst methanesulfonic acid were determined.in the experiments, methanol were continually pumped into the waste cooking oil,water and unreacted methanol were distilled simultaneously.The results showed that the reaction was a first-order model,activation energy of esterification was 76.06 kJ/mol,Increasing catalyst amount 、methanol flow rate and reaction temperature were beneficial to improve the reaction rate.
