基于SC1128的瓦斯远程监测系统设计

针对矿井瓦斯事故频发以及现有矿井监测系统布线难、成本高的实际情况,文章设计了一种基于电力线载波的瓦斯远程监控系统,节点硬件是基于北京智源公司的电力线载波通信专用芯片SC1128,辅以控制单元和气体采集单元,通过低压电力线将采集到的数据上传到后台远程监控中心,成功地克服了低压电力线通信干扰性强、衰减幅度大等缺点,实现了对矿井瓦斯气体的远程监测。测试结果证明:此系统能够准确可靠的采集气体实验数据,具有一定的应用价值和市场前景。
ccording to the frequent dangerous gas accidents underground and the reality that the existing gas monitoring system is wired difficultly as well as high cost,a new network monitoring system based on powerline carrier technology is designed in the paper,the devolopment for the node hardware is according to the PLC chip SC1128 released by Beijing Zhiyuan Corporation.The system includes the controlling unit and the gas gathering unit so that it can be uploaded thegathered data to monitoring center through the low voltage powerline and overcomes the intensed disturbnce and the large weaken scope successfully in the low voltage powerline communication, realizing to the damp gas long-distance monitor.The test shows that the monitoring system can work normally and reliable,having certain application value and the market prospect.
