核壳型有机胶束对水泥基材料性能的影响

本文研究了两种核壳型有机胶束(聚丙交酯-co-甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯-b-聚甲基丙烯酸单甲氧乙二醇基酯(P(PLAMA-co-tBMA)-b-PPEGMA)和聚乙二醇单甲醚-b-(聚乳酸-co-聚β氨基酯)(MPEG-b-(PLA-co-PAE))对水泥基材料性能的影响。在新拌水泥浆体中,两种有机胶束都可以有效吸附在水泥颗粒表面,改变部分水泥颗粒的表面zeta电位,从而提高新拌水泥浆体的流动性。在硬化水泥浆体中,两种胶束都可以一定程度上加速水泥水化,降低硬化水泥浆体的孔隙率,从而提高水泥浆体的力学强度。胶束对新拌水泥浆体和硬化水泥浆体性能的影响一方面可能是由于胶束能吸附在水泥颗粒表面,增大颗粒间的静电斥力和空间位阻效应;另一方面则可能是由于胶束提高了水泥颗粒的分散性,并能成为水泥水化产物生长的核点,使得水化产物的分布更加均匀。
In this paper, two types of core-shell organic micelles were prepared based on poly(polylactide methacrylate-co-tert-butyl methacrylate)-b-poly(poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate) (P(PLAMA-co-tBMA)-b-PPEGMA, m1) and poly (ethylene glycol) methyl ether-b-(poly lactic acid-co-poly (bamino esters)) (MPEG-b-(PLA-co-PAE), m2) copolymers respectively. The radius of the micelles was 187nm (m1) and 403nm (m2) and the zeta potential was -53.8mV (m1) and -36.7mV (m2) respectively. In fresh cement paste, the incorporated micelles effectively absorbed on the surface of cement particles, and altered the zeta potential of partial cement particles, leading to a slightly increased fluidity. In hardened cement paste, the mixed micelles slightly accelerated the hydration rate at early hydration age, and reduced the porosity of the cement matrix. The influence of the admixed micelles on the material properties of cement paste may be related to the following effects: the admixed micelles absorbed on the surface of cement particles, and increased the electrostatic repulsive force and steric effect between cement particles, leading to a better dispersion properties of cement particles; the micelles can also act as the nucleation sites for the formation of hydration products, leading to an accelerated hydration rate and reduced total porosity.
