甘油碳酸酯合成催化剂及反应机理研究进展
Recent advances in the catalyst and the reaction mechanism for the synthesis of glycerol carbonate
甘油碳酸酯是一种重要的甘油衍生物,具有优异的物化性能和广阔的工业应用前景。本文介绍了以甘油为原料合成甘油碳酸酯的三种方法,即碳酸二甲酯酯交换法、尿素反应法以及二氧化碳羰化反应法,重点评述了各种合成反应催化剂的催化活性、选择性和稳定性,并分析了各反应的机理。指出今后要进一步加强反应机理的研究工作,并根据不同合成反应的特点,制备出高效的催化剂,加快合成反应的工业化进程。
Glycerol carbonate is one of the important derivatives of glycerol and has a variety of industrial application due to its excellent physicalchemistry properties. In this work, the three synthetic methods of glycerol carbonate form glycerol, such as the transesterification of glycerol with dimethyl carbonate, the reaction of glycerol with urea, and the carbonation of glycerol with carbon dioxide, were introduced, respectively. Both the catalytic activity and the selectivity of the catalysts used in the above reactions were reviewed. The catalytic stabilities of these catalysts were also reviewed. Furthermore, the reaction mechanisms of the above reactions were also analyzed. In the future, in order to promote the industrial production of glycerol carbonate, the reaction mechanism of the above reactions should be researched in detail and the catalysts with a high activity should also be prepared according to the character of these reactions.
