活性炭层析柱分离PCB10和OCP16实验条件的优化
Optimization on Experimental Conditions for Separation of Organochlorine Pesticides and Polychlorinated Biphenyls by Chromatographic Column of Activated Carbon
建立了活性炭层析柱分离16种有机氯农药(OCPs)和10种多氯联苯(PCBs)的实验条件的优化方法。通过对活化温度、流动相配比、活化时间、粒径大小的四因素三水平L9(34)正交实验研究,得到16种OCPs和10种PCBs分离效果的最优实验条件:活性炭的活化时间为1h、活化温度为350℃、粒径大小为30目~80目、流动相为30mL丙酮+10mL(丙酮:二氯甲烷=95:5,v/v)。对16种OCPs和10种PCBs分离效果影响大小的顺序:活化温度、流动相配比、活化时间和粒径大小。海洋沉积物提取液中OCPs和PCBs,经活性炭层析柱洗脱的馏分,用毛细管气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)测定,其结果证实,该方法可以分离海洋沉积物样品中的OCPs和PCBs。
method for optimization on experimental conditions for separation of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) by chromatographic column of activated carbon had been established. The condition of separating for sixteen of OCPs and ten kinds of PCBs were optimized by orthogonal experimental design of four factors three-level for activation temperature and activation time and granularity of activated carbon, types of eluting reagents. The results were showed that the optimization of separating between sixteen of OCPs and ten kinds of PCBs adsorbed in activated carbon with eluting of 30mL acetone and 10mL mix solution of acetone and dichloromethane and (95:5,v/v) in turn could be obtained in the conditions of activated carbon from 30 mesh to 80 mesh heating at 350℃ for an hour. The factors of main influence turn and turn about the activation temperature, the types of eluting reagents, the activation time and the granularity of activated carbon. It is feasible for this method to be suitable for eluting of the fractions in the column of activated carbon before determination of OCPs and PCBs in the sample of marine sediments by capillary gas chromatography with electric capture detector (GC-ECD).
