石油供应风险成因及其控制策略研究

通过调查和研究，客观分析四川石油供应风险的因素和风险来源，让石油相关部门、石油管理部门及政府获得更多的真实情况，为石油供应风险预警和有效的控制风险提供更多的信息支持。结合四川石油供应风险的具体实际和形成原因，提出在实现以气代油、以电代油的同时，传播可持续发展的理念，宣传可持续发展的知识，提高对赖以生存的环境和资源的保护意识，提高对石油资源的保护意识，唤起公众的能源节约意识，大幅度减少能源消费总量。
By the means of survey and analysis about the factors and sources of oil supply risk in Sichuan, we are going to put forward to some strategies and recommendations for the oil supply risk management. These strategies and recommendations based on real situation of oil resources in Sichuan. Such as there is a lot of gas in Sichuan which can be used. At he same time, we should arouse energy conservation awareness of public to reduce energy consumption in total.
