基于图像信息的飞机蒙皮裂纹检测

飞机升降过程经历的压力变化会导致飞机蒙皮周期性膨胀收缩,这使得铆钉周围的材料产生微小裂纹。为了能在裂纹扩展至临界长度前将其发现,本文通过处理与分析蒙皮的磁光图像来得出裂纹信息,避免结构断裂破坏。使用中值滤波和二值化等图像预处理方法部分消除飞机蒙皮的磁光图像中如蛇形纹、照度不均等引起的噪声干扰,得到蒙皮裂纹的二值图像。运用Hough法提取出铆钉的圆心与半径,然后析出裂纹部分进行参数求取。实验结果表明,以上方法可以成功得到关于裂纹的一系列参数,为后续基于这些参数对裂纹损伤程度进行评估提供支持,性能满足预期设想。
he pressure and decompression process aircraft endure may cause their skins to inflate and deflate. The resulting strain drives the growth of the initially micro cracks. In order to find the crack before it grow up to the critical crack length, we use the magneto-optic image of the aircraft skin for completing the detection procedure to avoid the crack losing stability and leading to an accident. Median filter and binary operation are used to eliminate the noise interference such as serpentine texture, and inhomogeneous illumination, etc. Hough method can be used after morphological operation to extract the rivet center and radius. Then, the crack parameters can be determined. Experimental results show that the method can effectively provide crack parameters for comprehensive crack damage severity evaluation.
