团队成员的心理与行为互动直接影响每位成员的努力程度并最终影响团队绩效,而同事压力是成员互动的最主要方式之一。在对激励方式、社会规范、激励政策动态一致性、棘轮效应、行为的外部性、社会约束等因素的逻辑联系进行梳理的基础上研究同事压力的产生机理;以此为基础,进一步分析不同类型的同事压力对成员激励与团队绩效的影响;最后,根据分析结论提出同事压力的具体管理对策。

he interaction between team members influences their efferts and team performance directly. Peer pressure is the important way of interaction of team members. The mechanism of peer pressure is studied based on investigating logical link between incentive scheme, social norm, dynamic consistency of incentive policy, ratchet effect, behavioral externality and social restrict. Nextly, the effect is analyzed that the peer pressure imposes on member incentive and team performance. Finally, the countermeasure for management peer pressure is proposed.
