应用SRAP分子标记构建山葡萄遗传连锁图谱

Genetic Linkage Maps of Vitis vinifera L. and Vitis amurensis Rupr. Based on SRAP Markers

o construct a Vitis amurensis Rupr. genetic map, 94 F1 progeny plants from a cross 'Red Globe' (Vitis vinifera L.) ×'Shuangyou' (Vitis amurensis Rupr.) were used as the mapping population. Using Joinmap3.0, parental maps have been constructed based on SRAP markers. For Red Globe, 112 markers have been mapped to 23 linkage groups. The map covers 1018.3cM with an average distance between markers of 7.54cM. For Shuangyou, 116 markers have been mapped to 22 linkage groups. The map covers 997.8cM with an average distance between markers of 7.23cM. This map could lay a foundation for amurensis QTL detection.
