本文以平煤八矿北风井压风机房监控系统的设计为背景,介绍了触摸屏(TPC1063E)和相关组态软件(MCGS)的特点及相关参数,给出了设计触摸屏的一般步骤,并结合具体情况,依次给出了工程分析、工程框架、数据对象、图形制作、流程控制、程序调试、连接设备驱动程序、综合测试八个环节的具体实现,从而设计了一款既能够满足监控需求而且能够反映压风机工艺流程的触摸屏,该触摸屏已投入使用,目前运行良好,其友好的人机界面,便于人员操作,为煤矿井下安全送风提供了保障。

In this paper,we introduce the character and the parameter of touch screen(TPC1063E) and the corresponding configuration software(MCGS) on the background of the design of supervisory system of compressor house in pingmeibakuang. First,we give the general step of the touch screen, and then, we realize the project analysis, engineering framework, data object, graphic making, flow control, program debugging, the device driver connecting, integration testing according to the concrete condition; thus,we can design a touch screen which can met the the minoring need and reflect the process flow of the air compressors. The designed touch screen has been come into service, and it works well. the friendly interface facilitates the personnel to operate, which provides a guarantee for equiblast safely under mine.
