谷氨酸浓缩连续等电与转晶工艺技术研究

等电法提取谷氨酸工艺中,初始料液浓度及连续等电温度优化是提高提取收率的主要途径。转晶是提高二次结晶谷氨酸质量的途径之一 。实验研究了定固液比,温度,pH值等因素对谷氨酸转晶的影响,得到比较理想的转晶条件:谷氨酸初始料液浓度30%,连续等电温度45℃,固液比78%,温度90℃,pH4.6。
Glutamate concentration for new technology research such as electricity and crystal In electrical method extracting glutamic acid process,optimizating initial concentration and continuous electric temperature is the main way to improve the extraction yield of glutamic acid. Crystal is one of the ways to improve the quality of secondary crystallization of glutamic acid. Experimental studied on solid-liquid ratio, temperature and pH value on the influence of glutamic acid crystal, abtain an ideal crystal conditions: glutamic acid initial material liquid concentration 30%, continuous electric temperature 45 ℃, solid liquid ratio78% , temperature 90 ℃, pH4.6.
