溶胶凝胶法合成Dy3+离子掺杂的二氧化锆及其发光特性研究
Effect of Dy3+ ion on the structure and luminescent properties of zirconia synthesized by sol-gel
采用溶胶凝胶法合成Dy3+离子掺杂的单斜与正交的二氧化锆晶体,研究了结晶温度、时间、Dy3+离子浓度对氧化锆结构的影响。比较研究了Dy3+离子在不同结构的二氧化锆中的光谱特性,从结果可看出,Dy3+离子可作为荧光探针反映二氧化锆的晶体结构。
y3+ doped zirconia with monoclinic and tetragonal crystal structures have been prepared by a sol-gel method with ammonia. The influences of sintering time, reaction temperature, and the concentration of Dy3+ on the structure of the zirconia have been investigated. The photoluminescence properties of Dy3+ in zirconia with different structures were comparatively studied. Dy3+ ions can act as luminescent probe to study the crystal structure of zirconia by different splitting of emission peaks.
