目前电信运营商主要经营两种产品,即话音产品和流量产品,但在电信市场中两种产品的竞争力有所不同。对于已经趋于同质化的话音产品,运营商们大多通过调整资费、拓展渠道、加深服务和终端捆绑营销的方式对话音产品市场采用保有策略。而对于开放性更高的流量产品市场,除了沿用传统话音市场的竞争策略外,还可采用互联网合作、产品创新、精细化运营、市场协同等方式,加大新增用户的吸引和挖掘。
elecom operators currently operate in two main products, voice products and flow products. But the two products have different competitiveness in telecommunications market. For voice products have more homogeneous product, operators are mostly tending to maintain the client number by adjusting the tariff, expanding channels, optimization services and terminals tied . For GPRS products market, operators use the way of channel partner and dedicated traffic to attract new users.
