基于CFX的输水管道水锤现象的数值研究
Simulation Analysis of Water Hammer In Water Pipe Based On CFX
水锤是管道工程中一类极为重要的物理现象,由水锤引起的压强通常可以达到管道正常工作压强的几十倍,甚至更高,对这种现象预料不及或处理不当将会导致管道剧烈振动、变形甚至爆裂。本文利用CFX软件,计算了阀门快速关闭后输水管道内的水锤压强,并将计算结果与实验值、Pipenet的计算值进行了对比。结果显示,利用 CFX求解所得的水锤压力波的峰值和周期都能很好的与实验结果相匹配,说明采用CFX软件和本文的物理模型与求解策略能正确地模拟输水管道系统中的阀门突然关闭后的水锤现象。
Water hammer in pipeline engineering is a kind of important physical phenomenon. Pressure caused by water hammer can often achieve pipeline working pressure of dozens of times, even more.If the phenomenon isn't forecasted in time or is handled reasonably ,it will lead to pipe vibration, deformation, even burst. The paper calculated the water hammer pressure caused by sudden valve closes and makes a comparison between calculated value from CFX numerical simulation and measured data and Pipenet calculated values .The results display that Calculated results of the peak pressure and wave period can be a very good match with the experimental results and the theoretical value, it demonstrated that CFX software can well simulate the water hammer phenomenon based on physiccal model and solution strategy in this article.
