超空泡射弹水下毁伤特性研究

Study on the penetration of the underwater high-speed supercavitating projectiles

利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显示动力学分析软件,结合流固耦合技术,仿真研究了超空泡高速射弹在水中侵彻金属靶板的过程。建立了超空泡高速射弹及金属靶板的物理模型,根据弹道特点设计了合适的计算域,并完成了网格的划分。得到了射弹在水中运动并生成超空泡情况下,射弹结构破坏与侵彻靶板的特性规律。最后与空气中侵彻特性进行对比分析,得到了水中射弹侵彻靶板时产生的孔洞要比相同速度下在空气中的略大,射弹在不同介质中侵彻瞬间产生的最大等效应力值基本一致等结论。

Based on the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA and the fluid-solid coupling technology, the process of the underwater supercavitating projectile penetrating metal target board were studied by numerical simulation. Then the supercavitation high-speed projectile model and the penetration target were built, and according to the ballistic characteristics of the high-speed projectile, the suitable computational domain and mesh for projectile and target plate were designed. The structural damage of the projectile and the penetrating characteristics were obtained on the condition of underwater movement. Compared with the penetration characteristics of the projectile in different medium, the result shows that the exit holes of target board in water is bigger than that in the air under the same velocity ,and the maximum stress are almost the same.
