双离合器自动变速器硬件在环仿真试验研究
Research on the Hardware-in-loop Test System for Dual Clutch Transmissions
基于MATLAB/Simulink/dSPACE开发了双离合器自动变速器控制单元(TCU)硬件在环仿真系统,并将系统模型分为系统动力学模型、TCU模型、双离合器自动变速器(DCT)模型、发动机和发动机管理系统(EMS)模型以及驾驶员模型等6个子模型,分别对各子模型的结构与原理进行了详细介绍。在此基础上,把真实的TCU硬件嵌入到仿真回路,取代纯仿真模型中的TCU模型,搭建了TCU硬件在环仿真试验平台。阐述了DCT起步和换挡测试的原理与方法,并在所建立的TCU硬件在环仿真平台上进行了测试。结果表明DCT控制效果良好,所开发的TCU硬件在环仿真系统构清晰,层次分明,各子模型功能划分明确,可移植性强,能够在实验条件下完成对控制器的测试,降低了开发成本,缩短了开发周期。
TCU hardware-in-loop simulation system based on MATLAB/Simulink/dSPACE was developed, and the system model was divided into six submodels which include system dynamics model, TCU model, DCT model, driver model, engine and EMS model. The structure and principle of each submodel was introduced in detail. Based on this, the TCU hardware-in-loop simulation test platform was set up by embedding the real TCU hardware into the simulation circuit to instead of the TCU model in the pure simulation model. The test principle and method of the starting and shifting of DCT vehicle were introduced and tested on the TCU hardware-in-loop simulation platform. The results show that DCT control effect is favourable, TCU hardware-in-loop simulation system has a clear structure, distinct gradation, strong portability and functional division of each submodel is explicit. It can complete the test of controller under the experimental conditions, and also the cost of development was reduced, the cycle of development was shorten.
