基于排队论对两种超市排队系统的比较与分析

he setting of supermarket queuing system is one of the important factors influencing the operation and customer experience of supermarkets. This paper investigates two kinds of queuing systems in supermarkets based on the queuing theory and other related knowledge. In this paper the characteristics of the two supermarket queuing systems are analyzed, and the probabilistic characteristics of the queue system in the process of queuing and waiting are studied. Mathematical model is built followed by simulation and data analysis based on the assumptions that customer arrival time obeys poisson distribution and service time obeys negative exponential distribution.Comparison of the average customer waiting time,service utilization rate and the average queue length is carried out to evaluate of the merits of the two kinds of supermarket queuing service system. The numericalresults will provide scientific reference for the supermarket management.
