鼢鼠土丘植物群落恢复演替过程中物种-多度分布格局的变化
Relative species abundance distribution in different stages of succession in plateau Zoker mounds
为了研究亚高寒草甸鼢鼠土丘植物群落恢复演替过程中物种-多度分布变化并探讨该生境次生演替过程中的群落构建机制,本实验调查了不同演替阶段鼠丘植物群落的物种多度数据,并用几何级数模型、断棍模型、中性模型等七个模型对其进行拟合,分析了随演替进行群落物种-多度分布的变化和群落构建中的资源分配方式。同时本文还将物种-多度分布曲线和被普遍应用的物种多样性指数相结合来探讨群落物种多样性随演替进行发生的改变。结果显示:1、基于生态位理论的几何级数模型可以拟合大部分阶段的数据;断棍模型、正态分布模型和随机分配模型都只能拟合演替前期的数据;中性模型、幂分割模型和对数级数模型对任何阶段的拟合度都不好。说明鼠丘植物群落构建中生态位过程起主要作用,而且群落的资源分配方式以确定性的为主。通过物种-多度分布格局分析该演替中没有体现中性过程。2、随演替进行群落的物种多样性逐渐变大趋于平缓,在演替阶段末期稍微下降。物种-多度分布和多样性指数展示了相同的变化趋势。物种-多度分布曲线的斜率和均匀度指数反应出的群落物种均匀性变化趋势不同,说明单独用均匀度指数来表征群落物种均匀性不一定合理。
Species abundance distributions(SADs) contain more information about community structure than the single biodiversity index. In this paper we examined the SADs in different stages of succession in plateau Zoker mounds.And we tested whether the SADs fitted the geometric seriers, log-seriers, Hubbel model, broken sticks , normal distribution , power fraction and random assortment models. In this reserch we use SADs and biodiversity index to illustrate the biodiversity of this plant community. We found that only geometric seriers can fit the community in most stages, Hubbel model, power fraction, log-seriers can not fit any communitys in any stages and random assortment, broken sticks, normal distrubution can fit the communitys in early stages. This result indicate a niche based community assembly in this plant commuinity. And the allocation of resourses is not random. With the succession the value of biodiversity be larger and in stage 6 the value decrased slightly.This phenomenon can be explained by medium interference theory. The SADs indicate more accurate evenness of communities.
