本研究选用郑单958和浚单20两个玉米品种,在玉米苗期采用15%PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,设置不同的钾浓度,测定不同处理玉米生长指标以及内源激素和抗氧化酶活性变化,分析干旱胁迫下钾对玉米幼苗生长的影响及其与激素和抗氧化酶的关系。结果表明,在水分正常情况下,钾对玉米生长影响不显著,而在干旱胁迫下钾显著促进玉米生长,提高了玉米抗旱性。对内源激素和抗氧化酶的分析表明,干旱胁迫下玉米内源IAA、GA、ZR含量显著低于水分正常处理、而ABA含量则显著高于水分正常处理,干旱胁迫下外源钾显著提高了内源IAA、ABA和ZR含量。除此之外,干旱胁迫显著提高了MOD含量,而干旱胁迫下SOD活性呈先增后降趋势,外源钾显著提高了SOD活性、降低了MOD含量。综上,干旱胁迫下,K通过提高植物内源ABA、IAA和ZR含量以及SOD活性缓解干旱胁迫对质膜的破坏作用,从而缓解干旱胁迫对玉米幼苗生长的抑制作用。

his study selected Zhengdan 958 and Jun 20 single two maize varieties, in seedling stage by 15% PEG-6000 simulated drought stress, setting different potassium concentrations, the determination of different corn growth index and endogenous hormones and anti oxidase activity changes and analysis of drought stress of potassium on the growth of maize seedling effect and the relationship between hormone and anti oxidase. The results showed that potassium had no significant effect on the growth of Maize under normal conditions, but potassium was significantly increased by drought stress and increased the drought resistance of maize.. Analysis of endogenous hormone and anti oxidase showed that drought stress of maize Endogenous IAA, GA and Zr contents were significantly lower than those of normal water treatment, and the ABA content was significantly higher than that of normal water treatment,High potassium treatment of IAA, Zr and ABA content is higher than the low potassium content; drought stress under mod content was higher than the normal level and SOD with processing time growth was increased first and then decreased; high potassium treatment mod content lower than low potassium treatment mod content, high potassium content of SOD is high in low potassium treatment of SOD content. .
