超重力精馏过程传热传质机理

Heat and Mass Transfer Mechanism in High Gravity Distillation Process

超重力精馏过程中,传质单元是液膜。以波纹丝网为填料,以立式逆流超重力装置为主要设备,应用热量传递与质量传递理论,建立了超重力精馏装置内气、液温度分布的数学模型;以转子内径为29 mm,外径为63 mm,轴向高度为32 mm,内置直径为1.6 mm,空隙率为0.85,比表面积为1750 m2•m-3的波纹丝网填料的超重力装置为精馏设备,以乙醇-水体为物系,在常压、室温进料、原料流量为20 L•h-1、原料浓度为20%(乙醇质量百分比)、转速为800 r•min-1、回流比为1的操作条件下,对模型进行了初步检验。精馏段汽相温度的实测值与模型计算值的偏差为7.4%, 提馏段外半径的实测值与模型计算值的偏差为4.9%。

uring high gravity distillation process, the heat and mass transfer unit is liquid film. Mathematic model of temperature of gas and liquid in counter-current high gravity device was developed based on its structure packed (Higee) with wave wire packing, and heat and mass transfer theory. Distillation experiment process was investigated to proof test the mathematic model developed with two Higees using ethanol/water at the test conditions of atmospheric pressure, feedstock flow rate of 20 L•h-1, concentration of alcohol of 20% (mass) for feedstock, rotating speed of 800 r•min-1, reflux ration of 1. Higees used have the same structure rotors whose properties of inner radius was 29 mm, outer radius was 63 mm and height in axis was 32 mm. The wave wire packing used in rotor has the properties of diameter of 1.6 mm, porosity of 0.85, specific surface of 1750 m2•m-3.Comparing experimental data with the data calculated by correlation, the average deviate obtained for gas temperature in inner radius site for rectifying section and outer radius for stripping section was 7.4 and 4.9%, respectively, implying that the accuracy of correlations developed was reasonable.
