基于信息价值流图的数字化转型企业信息流改善研究

With the development of new generation information technology, more and more enterprises are transforming to digitalization. Digitalization brings a lot of enterprise data. After data collection, transmission and processing, valuable information is formed, which can help enterprises to make decisions. With the promotion and application of lean production, the elimination of waste in the production process has been paid enough attention. Therefore, in view of the problems of information waste in the process of enterprise digital transformation, combined value stream mapping which is a traditional value analysis tool for production links, with information logistic life cycle to form information value stream mapping in order to identify the information waste in the information stream. And the relevant indicators of information logistic life cycle are selected to evaluate and analyze the information waste quantitatively. Finally, the waste of phenomenon in a certain digital transformation enterprise information stream is analyzed and suggestions for improving enterprise information flow are put forward.
