新型储氧材料的制备与表征

Preparation and Characterization of New Oxide Oxygen Storage Material

本文采用共沉淀法制备了稀土复合氧化物储氧材料,通过调节分散剂、表面活性剂浓度和改变工艺参数,得到了比表面积大和高温抗老化能力强的储氧材料。对该材料进行了表征,该材料是第四代汽车尾气净化三元催化强有力的储氧候选材料,具有广阔的市场前景。

Rare Earth Complex Oxide oxygen storage materials were prepared by co-precipitation method, the oxygen storage materials with high surface area and high thermal stability were abtained by controlling the concentration of dispersant and surfactant, changing the process parameters. The samples were investigated by component, energy spectrum and particle size analysis, SEM techniques.which indicated that this oxygen storage materials possessed high thermal stability.
