白头翁皂苷A对肺癌放射敏感性影响的初步研究
Preliminary study of Pulsatilla saponin A impact on lung cancer radiosensitivity
目的：初步研究白头翁皂苷A(Pulsatilla saponin A，PsA)做为肺癌放射治疗增敏剂的可行性。方法：利用细胞增殖实验、流式细胞术、DNA损伤检测实验对不同剂量（0Gy、0.5Gy、1Gy、2Gy、4Gy、8Gy）照射下的实验组和控制组进行检测比较。结果：PsA对非小细胞肺癌细胞系H1975有明显的放射增敏作用（P＜0.05）。结论：PsA对肺癌中特定类型的非小细胞肺癌有着明显的放射治疗增敏作用，其作用机制可能与其能抑制肺癌细胞DNA损伤修复有关。
Objective:Preliminary study of Pulsatilla Saponin A(Pulsatilla Saponin A,PsA)to do the feasibility of sensitizing agent for lung cancer radiotherapy.Methods: Comparing the experimental group with control group by using cell proliferation assay、flow crtometry and DNA damage detection experiments on different doses (0Gy、0.5Gy、1Gy、2Gy、4Gy、8Gy). Results: The PsA has a significant radiosensitizing effect to nonsmall-cell lung cancer line H1975(P<0.05).Conclusion: The PsA has a significant sensitizing effect to particular type of lung cancer in non-small cell lung cancer, and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of cancer cell DNA damage repair.
