智慧城市建设风险分析及对策研究--以株洲市智慧城市建设项目为例
Risk Analysis and Countermeasures of Smart City Construction--A Case Study of Zhuzhou Smart City Construction Project
在物联网和大数据分析的高速发展的背景下，智慧城市是信息化、工业化以及城镇化的联合，是城市信息化的高级形态。但是，在政府推进发展智慧城市建设同时，规划者也不能忽视其对城市经济转型、保护个人隐私、居民生活方式改变以及社会管理方面所具有的重要影响，同时也要重视在其发展过程中所要面临的各种风险问题。智慧城市是未来社会的趋势。本文通过对目前中国智慧城市建设的探索模式分析，得出其在建设过程中可能出现的风险，为相应的对策提供参考和技术支持。
In the context of the rapid development of Internet of Things(IOT) and Big Data analysis, Smart City is the combination of informatization, industrialization and urbanization and a advanced form of urban informatization. While the government is promoting the development of Smart City, the urban planner cannot ignore its significant influence on the urban economic transition, protecting individual private information, civic lifestyle changes and social management, and they should also pay attention to the various risks in the process.The construction of Smart City is the trend of the future society. By analysing Chinese Smart City construction modes, this paper explores the possible risks in the construction process, to provide references and technical supports.
