机器人作为人类20世纪最伟大的发明之一,在短短的40年内发生了日新月异的变化。本文是作者在一定的开发经验的基础上,通过对用于舞蹈机器人调试的上、下位机程序的介绍,来阐述如何实现支撑类舞蹈机器人调试过程的控制程序。系统描述的舞蹈机器人是通过单片机对伺服电机的控制来完成各种动作的,首先对伺服电机的控制原理以及如何利用单片机的下位机程序对伺服电机控制进行分析。上位机和下位机的通信是依靠串口来实现,其次对上、下位机之间的通信行了分析,描述了这种通信机制在实际应用中是如何实现的。最后对现有的调试方法进行分析,提出了一些上位机和下位机的改进方案。系统的完成可以简化舞蹈机器人动作的调试工作,节约大量的调试时间。

In just 40 years,rapid changes have taken place in the field of robotics which is one of the greatest inventions of human beings of the 20th century.Through the introduction of the program runing in dancing robot ,this paper describes how to implement the program to support the debugging of dancing robot.Dancing robot in this system makes use of the servo motor controlled by MCU to completes a variety of actions. Firstly, the paper analyzes the principle of the servo motor control and how to use program to control servo motor.The communication between host computer and MCU is based on serial port. Secondly, it illustrates the proceeding of the serial communication program and describes the user communication protocol that is implimented in this system. Finally, it analyzes the current debugging method and makes a number of improvement projects.the system can simplify the debugging of the actions of dancing robot,so we can save a lot of time.
