微波液相法快速制备铈铽共掺杂磷酸镧荧光纳米晶体
Microwave-assisted Facile Synthesis of Ce and Tb co-doped Lanthanum Orthophosphate Luminescent Nanocrystals
用微波液相法在10 min内制备出了铈铽共掺杂磷酸镧纳米晶体,并运用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜和傅立叶变换红外光谱对样品晶相组成、晶体结构和溶解性进行了表征。我们给出了该纳米晶体的荧光激发谱与发射谱,详细说明了各发光峰对应的能级跃迁及其发光机理。结果表明:所得纳米晶体为比较规则的棒状,直径约为10 nm,长度约为150 nm,具有较好的水溶性,在紫外光激发下,显示出明亮的绿色荧光。
series of Ce, Tb co-doped lanthanum orthophosphate nanocrystals have been prepared within 10 min by a microwave-assisted method in liquid phase. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectra are used to characterize the crystal phase composition, crystal structure and dissolubility. The excitation and emission spectrum of the nanocrystals have been given, and we have illustrated in detail the corresponding of various peaks to energy level transitions and their luminescence mechanism. The results show that the obtained nanocrystals are roughly rod-like particles with diameter of ~10 nm and length of ~150 nm. Furthermore, the nanocrystals are water-dispersable, and demonstrate bright green fluorescence under UV light excitation.
