翻译控制肿瘤蛋白TCTP的研究进展

翻译控制肿瘤蛋白（Translationally controlled tumor protein，TCTP）是一种高度保守、广泛表达的蛋白家族,在进化中高度的序列保守性表明TCTP在生物体中可能具有十分重要的生物学功能。本文从TCTP的结构与特性,分布与定位,TCTP合成的调控以及生物学特性及功能等方面全面综述该蛋白的特点,为进一步研究TCTP的功能,特别是在肿瘤治疗方面的作用奠定基础。
ranslationally controlled tumor protein（TCTP）is a conservatively and widely expressed-protein family. The highly-conservational sequence in the evolution suggests that TCTP might have very important biology function in the organism. In this paper, we reviewed the structure and character of TCTP, the distribution and location of TCTP, the regulation of TCTP synthesis and the biological characters and functions of TCTP, which will build a basis for further research of TCTP, especially in the tumor therapy.
