阳离子聚合物和纳米金颗粒用于miRNA-21的检测研究

阳离子聚合物的侧链上带有大量的正电荷,既可以通过静电吸附作用与核酸分子结合又可诱导带负电的纳米金颗粒(AuNPs)的团聚。据此发展了一种基于阳离子聚合物和AuNPs的新型比色方法用于miRNA的检测。该方法具有简便、快速、直观、成本低等优点,可以检测低至100 pM的miRNA-21,且选择性好。
A novel colorimetric method for miRNA-21 detection was developed based on gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and cationic polymer. Such method was label-free and simple in design, avoided the use of sophisticated instrumentations and the enzymes, etc. The limitation of detection (LOD) of this method was 100 pM. Moreover, this method showed high selctivity.
