产乳颗粒的质量标准研究

目的 建立产乳颗粒的质量控制方法。方法 采用TLC法鉴别人参、当归和桔梗;采用RP-HPLC梯度洗脱法测定产乳颗粒中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1的含量。结果 TLC可鉴别人参、当归和桔梗的特征斑点,人参皂苷Rg1在0.272~4.080 µg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99997),平均回收率为96.98%,RSD= 1.74%;人参皂苷Re在0.289~4.335 µg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99994),平均回收率为99.61%,RSD= 2.76%;人参皂苷Rb1在0.342~5.130 µg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99995)平均回收率为97.22%,RSD= 1.94%。结论:所建方法简便、准确,可有效控制产舒颗粒的质量。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality control method for Chanru granules. METHODS Panax Ginseng, Angelica sinensis and Platycodon grandiflorum were identified with TLC, and the content of Ginsenoside Rg1、Re、Rb1 of Chanru granule was determined by RP-HPLC gradient elution. RESULTS The special spots of Panax Ginseng, Angelica sinensis and Platycodon grandiflorum can be identified by TLC, The linear correlation is available between 0.272 and 4.080 µg of Ginsenoside Rg1, and the correlation coefficient at 0.99997, the average recovery was 96.98% with RSD of 1.74% ;The linear correlation is available between 0.289 and 4.335 µg of Ginsenoside Re, and the correlation coefficient at 0.99994, the average recovery was 99.61% with RSD of 2.76% ;The linear correlation is available between 0.342 and 5.130 µg of Ginsenoside Rb1, and the correlation coefficient at 0.99995, the average recovery was 97.22% with RSD of 1.94% . CONCLUSION The analyses were simple, accurate and could be used for controlling the quality of the Chanru Granule.
