-SCDMA是我国政府提出的第三代移动通信技术标准的TDD模式技术,是3GPP的一个重要的组成部分。为了支持高速上行数据速率的业务,在Release 6中提出了高速上行分组接入(HSUPA)。本文详细阐述了适用于TD-SCDMA HSUPA的各项关键技术,包括已经在3GPP会议上通过的基于Node B的快速调度、快速HARQ,以及正在讨论中的20msTTI与5msTTI共存的问题。

-SCDMA, which is brought forward by our government as the technology of 3G mobile communication standard in TDD mode, is an important part of 3GPP. HSUPA is brought forward in Release 6, in order to support data stream service which need high uplink data rate. This paper details the key techniques used in TD-SCDMA, including Scheduling,HARQ based on Node B,which have been past on 3GPP,and 20ms TTI Co-existence with 5ms TTI for E-DCH of LCR TDD which is still being discussed.
