微波辅助快速合成氧化石墨烯/纳米银复合材料
Microwave-assisted synthesis and Characterization of graphene oxide / silver nanoparticles
本研究以微波辅助法快速制备氧化石墨烯/纳米银(AgNPs-GO)复合材料,并采用紫外可见吸收光谱(Uv-vis)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、拉曼光谱(Raman)等对其进行表征,结果表明:制得了尺寸均一的银纳米颗粒(约8 nm),该纳米颗粒均匀分布于氧化石墨烯薄片上,同时氧化石墨烯保留了大部分氧化官能团,这为抗体、药物的负载提供了有利条件,且具有表面增强拉曼散射作用,有望应用于生物检测方面。
Graphene oxide/silver nanoparticles(AgNPs-GO) were fabricated by a facile one-step Microwave-assisted route using graphene oxide and silver-ammonia as the starting materials. The properties of the nanocomposite were investigated by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (Uv-vis),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),Transmission electron microscopy (TEM),X-ray differaction (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),Raman spectroscopy. Results revealed that silver nanoparticles (around 8 nm) were uniformly dispersed and confined by the graphene oxide. Graphene oxide reserved most functional groups which provided favorable conditions for loading antibody and the drug.The nanocomposite had surface plasmon resonance absorption optical signal detection and it was a promising new material for biological and medical applications.
