基于横向复合二层架构的农业信息化集成模式研究
Research on Agriculture Information Integration Pattern Based on Construction of Crosswise Compound Two Layers
本文针对目前全国普遍采用的“县乡村”纵向信息化架构弊端，提出以乡村结合为集成结点的信息化“复合二层架构”的设计思想，改进以县为中心、各系统相互横向分离的垂直架构；把信息服务核心平台下移至乡一级政府，依托当地农业科技服务机构，集成垂直架构信息资源，构建面向“三农”的信息化服务体系，解决农业信息化建设过程中资源整合与“最后一公里”信息服务缺乏有效衔接的问题。
hina is a large agricultural nation, while compared to the developed country, the level of agricultural information still have very large disparity. This article point to the malpractice of the “County town Village” longitudinal information construction which is popular in the present nation, proposed the information “two layers compound constructions” whose integrated point is united by the town-country union ,taking place of the design concept which take the county as the central, lateral separation\\\\\\\
