基于AHP/DEA的JIT供应商选择模式研究
Based on AHP/DEA JIT supplier selection model research
根据JIT的生产组织特征和指标体系的设置原则，本文建立了基于JIT的供应商评价指标体系，从以下五个方面来衡量：交货及时能力、质量能力、小批量供应能力、价格竞争能力和长期合作能力。同时，通过整合层次分析法与数据包络分析法，建立了一套更具客观性与准确性的供应商评选方法，并对供应商评选进行了实例研究。
ccording to JIT production organization characteristics and index system of setting principles, this paper established supplier evaluation index system which was based on JIT, measured from the following five aspects: timely delivery capabilities, quality ability and small batch supply capacity, price competition ability and long-term cooperation ability. Meanwhile, through the integration of AHP and data envelopment analysis, has established a set of more objective and the accuracy of supplier selection method, and the case study.
