目的/意义 构建高校图书馆数字学术服务能力成熟度评价指标体系,为高校图书馆测评其数字学术服务能力提供判断依据,进而促进数字学术服务能力的提高和完善。 方法/过程 参考软件能力成熟度模型的基本原理,创建高校图书馆数字学术服务能力成熟度模型;通过整理分析现有政策、文献和案例,初步拟定评价指标体系;运用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定指标的重要性和权重。 结果/结论 本文最终构建出包括7个一级指标及19个二级指标的“高校图书馆数字学术服务能力成熟度评价指标体系”,为高校图书馆具有针对性的发展和改进数字学术服务能力提供可依据的评估工具。<br />
Purpose/significance Constructing the evaluation index system of digital scholarship service capability maturity in university libraries can provide a judgment basis for university libraries to evaluate their digital scholarship service capabilities, and then promote the improvement and perfection of digital scholarship service capabilities. Method/process Referring to the basic principle of capability maturity model, this paper establishes the digital scholarship service capability maturity model in university libraries;By sorting out and analyzing the existing policies, literatures and cases, the evaluation index system is preliminarily drawn up;Use Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to determine the importance and weight of indicators. Result/conclusion Finally, this paper constructs the “evaluation index system of digital scholarship service capability maturity in university libraries”, which includes 7 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators, and provides a reliable evaluation tool for the targeted development and improvement of digital scholarship service capability in university libraries.
