基于GRU的无线局域网DOS攻击检测方法

无线局域网作为一种重要的连接互联网途径,改变了曾经只能依靠有线组网技术进行互联网通信的局面。随着无线局域网技术的迅猛发展和无线终端设备大规模的普及,目前无线局域网已经广泛的应用于校园、地铁、大型商场等人流量较大的公共场合。其中无线局域网中的DOS(Denial of Service)攻击方式是一种较为常见的无线攻击方式,其攻击手法较为简单,防范难度较大,已经严重的制约了无线局域网进一步的发展。由于无线DOS攻击的类型较多,于是本文提出了基于GRU(Gated Recurrent Unit)神经网络的无线局域网DOS攻击检测方法。该方法首先在实验环境中复现不同类型DOS攻击,找出能够区各类型DOS攻击的帧类型。然后通过GRU神经网络生成无线DOS攻击预测模型,用机器学习中常用的精确率、召回率和F值对生成的预测模型进行评估,评估通过后的模型即可用于对无线DOS攻击进行检测。
s an important way to connect to the Internet, WLAN has changed the situation of Internet communication only relying on wired networking technology. With the rapid development of WLAN technology and the large-scale popularization of wireless terminal equipment, WLAN has been widely used in campus, subway, shopping malls and other public places with large traffic. Among them, DOS (denial of service) attack in WLAN is a more common way of wireless attack. Its attack method is relatively simple and difficult to prevent, which has seriously restricted the further development of WLAN. Because there are many types of wireless DoS attacks, this paper proposes a wireless LAN DoS attack detection method based on Gru (gated recurrent unit) neural network. Firstly, different types of DoS attacks are reproduced in the experimental environment to find out the frame types that can distinguish different types of DoS attacks. Then the prediction model of wireless DoS attack is generated by Gru neural network, and the prediction model is evaluated by the accuracy, recall and F value commonly used in machine learning. The model can be used to detect wireless DoS attack after passing the evaluation.
